Microservices patterns with Spring Cloud

Microservices position themselves at the other end of the scale and catch a lot of attention these days.

After taking microservices for a spin in several projects we would like to walk you through some of the already established patterns in their ecosystem such as: Service Registry and Discovery, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway and more. For showcasing the patterns we will introduce the Netflix originated Spring Cloud.

To demonstrate the praised scalability attributes of Microservices we will show their power when wrapped and running as Docker containers.

For a touch of reality we will look under the hood of our Digital Assets Approval System powered by this powerful stack.
